Affinity Equity Partners is an independently-owned buyout fund manager comprising primarily the former investment professionals of UBS Capital Asia Pacific – the private equity arm of UBS AG. It was spun out of UBS Capital Asia Pacific in March 2004. We are pioneers in buyout investments in the Asia-Pacific region, with an established and widely recognised franchise. Currently we advise and manage over US$8 billion of funds and assets, making us one of the largest independent financial sponsors in this region. To date we have completed numerous landmark transactions in nine countries with an aggregate transaction value of US$13 billion.
