Assetz Property Group has secured $15,200,000 in a recent funding round, marking a significant capital infusion for the prominent Indian real estate developer. This investment underscores the company's established presence and strategic growth trajectory within the competitive Indian property market. The funding will enable Assetz Property Group to further its expansion objectives and reinforce its development capabilities. The company's vision centers on creating high-quality commercial and residential properties across India. Assetz Property Group made its debut with the award-winning Vrindavan Tech Village SEZ in Bangalore, which has housed major IT industry players including Cisco, Flipkart, LSI, Sony, and JP Morgan. To date, the group has successfully developed, leased, and managed over 4.5 million square feet of "A" grade office spaces, representing an asset value exceeding USD 500 million. In the residential sector, Assetz Property Group has delivered over 7,250 units, encompassing more than 11.7 million square feet of development, characterized by distinctive design, quality construction, and tailored finishing in and around Bangalore. The newly raised capital will be strategically deployed to accelerate Assetz Property Group's development pipeline. The company plans to use the funds for growth initiatives, including the acquisition of new land parcels and the commencement of new projects designed to meet the evolving demands of both commercial and residential sectors.
