Staycity Group Secures €77 Million to Accelerate European Expansion Plans

This significant capital injection will enable the company to accelerate its strategic growth plans and further cement its market-leading position by enhancing its portfolio of well-equipped, design-led apartments across major city centres. In a record year, Staycity has opened 12 new sites across Germany, France, Ireland, and the UK over the past 18 months, with an ambitious pipeline that now comprises a total estate of 10,000 keys. The funding will support the development and operational expansion into new markets, with plans already underway to launch six additional aparthotels in cities including Amsterdam, Cambridge, Munich, Lisbon, and Porto in 2024/25. The investment will be channeled into refining guest experiences by upgrading facilities such as guest laundry services, gyms, lounges, cafés, and maintaining 24-hour reception support at each location.
