Since our founding in 2018 in Malmö, we have crafted a unique position as the alternative to the alternatives by offering a product that is low in sugar, high in protein, and delivers significantly less climate impact compared to all other plant-based milk options. With a turnover of 43 million SEK in 2023 and a dedicated team of 15 employees spanning Sweden and the United Kingdom, our journey has been defined by innovation, sustainability, and international growth. Today, Sproud products are enjoyed in over 30 countries—including key markets in the Nordics, the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, and Asia—and are available across diverse channels such as online marketplaces, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. This new round of capital will be strategically used to further refine our product offerings, scale up production, and expand our market presence even further. By investing in advanced research and development, we are poised to introduce innovative flavors and enhance the sustainability of our production processes to meet the growing demand for high-quality, environmentally responsible alternatives. We are also committed to solidifying our international footprint, ensuring that more consumers worldwide can experience a dairy alternative that is not only nutritious and delicious, but also ethically produced. In 2023, we became the first food company verified according to the ISO 26000 standard, marking our ongoing commitment to socially responsible business practices.
