Founded to honor the remarkable history, heritage, and people of Salford’s vibrant docklands from the late 1800s to the early 1900s, our company draws on the legacy of one of the UK’s largest ports, renowned for its bustling trade and cultural exchange with the Caribbean. Today, we are excited to channel this storied past into the creation of our distinctive spiced rum—a meticulously crafted blend of warm spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger, accented by sweet vanilla, a hint of maple, orange zest, and lovingly steeped fruits. This significant funding will empower us to scale our production capabilities while maintaining the artisanal, small-batch methods that define our identity. Our rum is copper column distilled with utmost care before being infused with carefully selected fruits and spices, ensuring that every bottle encapsulates the authentic flavor of history.
