Founded by the renowned award-winning chef and entrepreneur Praveen Kumar, our brand has gained recognition for its commitment to quality, as evidenced by accolades like the “Chef of the Year” at the Asian Restaurant Awards 2020 and the prestigious AA One Rosette awarded to our flagship restaurant, Tabla, in Perth. With this new infusion of capital, we plan to expand our reach, enhance our culinary offerings, and further develop our unique Indian Cook School. By empowering people of all cooking abilities, we aim to share the richness of Indian cuisine and culture. Praveen Kumar's meals are crafted from the finest natural ingredients, sourced from our own market garden, alongside premium British produce and spices from his parents' farms in India. Our aim is to deliver delicious, wholesome meals, free from artificial preservatives and additives, to over 200 locations, including seasonal hot spots and local favorites in the UK. This funding will also bolster our commitment to sustainability, as our operations are already powered by solar energy, and our packaging is 100% recyclable. Furthermore, through our Meal-for-a-Meal scheme, for every meal sold, we donate a meal to feed a school child in India, enabling them to pursue education rather than labor.
