Origin Robotics Secures €4 Million in Funding to Bolster Europe's Defense Capabilities

We are thrilled to announce that Origin Robotics has successfully raised €4 million in funding to enhance Europe’s defense capabilities in the face of growing security threats. At Origin Robotics, we are dedicated to developing advanced unmanned aerial systems that will empower our NATO allies with cutting-edge technology tailored for modern defense scenarios. This significant investment will allow us to scale our operations, enabling us to refine our cost-efficient hardware and state-of-the-art software which serve as the foundation of our powerful drone solutions. Our approach prioritizes affordability and rapid iteration cycles, ultimately helping governments optimize their defense spending while maintaining the agility necessary to respond to evolving battlefield challenges. As a founding member of the Military Technology, Drone, and Robotics Association, initiated in collaboration with LMT Defence, Edge Autonomy, and led by former defense minister Dr. Artis Pabriks, we stand at the forefront of military innovation in Latvia and the broader NATO landscape. Additionally, our membership in the Drone Coalition, which includes 14 other NATO countries and is backed by €600 million in funding aimed at enhancing drone technology, reinforces our commitment to fostering collaboration in defense technology development. With this new funding, Origin Robotics will continue to deliver the innovative, cost-effective, and future-proof solutions that are essential in ensuring that Europe and its allies are well-prepared to face the challenges of tomorrow’s security landscape.
