Morehouse College Secures $250K Grant Round, Fueling the Future of Global Leadership

Morehouse College is delighted to announce the successful raising of $250,000 in our latest funding initiative, marking a pivotal moment in our long-standing tradition of excellence and innovation. Founded in 1867, Morehouse College has earned a remarkable reputation as the only all-male Historically Black College or University in the world. Our institution, nestled in the vibrant heart of Atlanta and integral to the illustrious Atlanta University Center, continues to excel in providing exceptional liberal arts education. With a curriculum offering 27 distinct concentrations—from business administration and biology to pre-engineering, political science, and computer science—Morehouse nurtures the academic and professional ambitions of its students while fostering an environment of leadership and social responsibility. This infusion of capital will be strategically deployed to expand academic programs, upgrade state-of-the-art facilities, and enhance scholarships that directly benefit our dynamic student body. By investing in the next generation of leaders, we plan to further our legacy of producing renowned global figures such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock, and influential alumni including Samuel L. Jackson and John David Washington, among many others.
