INTACT Secures €70M to Revolutionize Sustainable, Regenerative Ingredients for a Circular Future

We are thrilled to announce that INTACT, the visionary French company founded in 2022, has successfully raised 70,000,000 in funding—a major milestone that reflects the market’s confidence in our groundbreaking approach to regenerative ingredients. INTACT is at the forefront of innovation, developing a diverse range of products for the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. Protected by a patent application, our proprietary technology transforms pulses into two broad categories of regenerative products: sustainable vegetable proteins and eco-friendly fermentation products. By harnessing the unique ecological potential of pulses and marrying it with state-of-the-art industrial technology, we have reimagined our production cycle from the ground up to deliver products with unparalleled sustainability. Our vegetable proteins offer the food industry and collective catering a revolutionary alternative that is locally sourced, healthy, and completely free from additives, chemicals, or solvents. They are nutrient-dense, featuring high protein levels alongside valuable fibers and essential nutrients, while also being allergen-free, which makes them a reliable option for consumers with dietary sensitivities. In parallel, our fermentation products are engineered to emit up to three times less carbon compared to conventional products, making them a pivotal component in our commitment to mitigating agricultural and environmental challenges. This funding injection will not only propel our research and development but is also instrumental in the construction of our first production site in the Center Val de Loire region, scheduled to begin later in 2023.
