Empowering Recovery: Continuum of Care Announces a New Funding Drive to Transform Lives

Continuum of Care, Inc. is proud to share its latest funding announcement, marking a reflective moment on our ongoing mission despite raising $0 in this particular round. Since 1966, our not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization has been devoted to providing housing and residential support services to persons with psychiatric and intellectual disabilities, allowing us to positively impact the lives of approximately 2,400 individuals each year. While this funding round did not bring additional capital, it has nonetheless reaffirmed our unwavering commitment to the community we serve. Our dedicated team of around 600 compassionate and highly skilled professionals continues to deliver a spectrum of critical services, ensuring that individuals facing mental illness, addiction, and intellectual disabilities have access to safe housing, case management, and therapeutic support – helping them rebuild meaningful lives and thrive in the community. This moment underscores that our success is measured not solely by the funds on hand, but by the enduring impact we create every day. We remain steadfast in our vision to offer comprehensive support, whether it is providing veterans dealing with PTSD, assisting adults with significant intellectual challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, or connecting individuals with the resources needed to prevent a cycle of relapse and institutionalization. Every step we take – from crisis intervention to employment and peer support programs – transforms life’s challenges into opportunities and saves our community millions annually.
