Founded in 2017 by Tiffany Gamble—who brings over twenty years of experience in human and social services—the Academy has steadily grown in impact and scope. Since its inception, Emerging Ladies Academy has been dedicated to empowering girls in Omaha by providing hands-on after-school tech education at five OPS middle schools, along with community-based tech workshops and courses. This infusion of new funds will be strategically utilized to expand these programs, ensuring that more young women have the opportunity to gain practical skills and build confidence in technology, a field that continues to shape the future.
