This groundbreaking funding milestone not only underscores robust investor confidence, but also marks a pivotal moment for the region as it takes strides toward revitalization and inclusive growth. At the heart of the East Solano Plan is a visionary commitment to create 15,000 local jobs, with each position offering competitive wages exceeding $88,000 per year.
