Asociatia Inima Copiilor Finanțează Viitorul Îngrijirii Pediatrice: 4200 Lei pentru Proiecte Inovatoare în Cardiochirurgie și Terapie Intensivă

We are thrilled to announce that Asociatia Inima Copiilor has successfully raised 4200 in our latest funding campaign—a milestone that will profoundly impact our ongoing mission to improve pediatric healthcare across Romania. As an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of children through comprehensive medical support, we have a proven track record of transformative projects. Our work includes constructing the Cardiochirurgy and Neonatal Intensive Care sections at Spitalul de copii MARIE CURIE in Bucharest, as well as modernizing both the Cardiology and Neurosurgery departments at the same institution. In Constanța, we proudly contributed to the renovation and updating of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the County Hospital, ensuring that vulnerable newborns receive the highest standard of care. This freshly raised funding will be directed toward further supporting these essential projects and expanding our reach. In recent years, we have also established and continue to support Romania’s first ever Breast Milk Bank—a cornerstone initiative within Spitalul de copii MARIE CURIE’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit—and we finance specialized pediatric cardiac surgeries in both Marie Curie and at the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in Timișoara. Additionally, we assist hospitals throughout the country by providing critical medical equipment to neonatal, cardiology, and pediatric cardiochirurgie units, and we remain dedicated to monumental projects such as the construction of a helipad at Marie Curie. This investment not only affirms the trust our donors and sponsors have in our mission but propels us forward as we seek to further extend our efforts for the wellbeing of countless children and improve pediatric care across our nation.
